PLEASE NOTE: Some of the information on this page is rather dated. We are updating our user pay files this summer and fall (2005).
Once you have linked to a specific User Pay web page you may have to use the "Back" button in the top left-hand
corner of your screen rather than "Return to..." link on the page. Most other links should be accessible.
The User Pay Network was designed to provide municipalities with access to information about User Pay Programs
that have been implemented in municipalities throughout Ontario.
The network contains information on the various types of programs that municipalities run as well
as insight on how to manage issues such as illegal dumping,
special needs groups and the multi-residential and business/IC&I sectors.
For further assistance, contact names and numbers of people who can answer questions
and address concerns about implementing a User Pay Program are also included.
If you know of any changes in programs, find any errors, or have any suggestions for this web site, please email us at
